Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS: All bookings & details will be arranged with and confirmed by Bride.
TRAVEL FEE: Travel is included in pricing for KL-area only. Outside this radius, a travel fee may apply. If so, that will be listed on a separate agreement between the Bride.
PAYMENT: Payments can be made by cash, chq.
CANCELLATION: Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel with less than two weeks before your wedding, you will not receive back the deposit or final payment. All cancellations must be submitted in written form by email.
SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS: The location of makeup services for the day-of-event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements the artist will need to complete the services. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Artist will arrive 15 minutes prior to set-up.
DELAYS: Please be prepared to start when I arrive. All ladies receiving makeup should have a clean face & be ready to start. This is very important so we can stay on schedule, and I can finish applications in the allotted time.
SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE: Photos taken at the trial or your professional photos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view.
LIABILITY: I take hygiene seriously. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported prior to the application. Also due to this clause, I am not able to tweeze or razor eyebrows. Client agrees to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
