1. Redemption period*: Valid for 3 months from date on the JP platform
2. Location/Platform to Conduct Service: Session will be conducted through face to face discussion. After the discussion session, we will picked up all financial documents to complete the audit services.
3. Duration of the Service: Each discussion session will takes between 2 to 4 hours be 3 hours. After discussion, we will continue the service at our office. The process will take between 3 - 6 weeks, depending on the difficulty of the job.
4. Coverage Areas*: Valid for addresses within Peninsular Malaysia only.
5. Appointment Request*: Request for appointment is to be made at least 4 days prior to the desired appointment date
6. Details Needed for Redemption*: Customer must provide name, registration Number, Purchase Order date, and redemption date as proof of redemption.
7. We provide accredited cooperative audit services approved by the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM) to conduct a complete audit and accepted service by the SKM.
8. We also provide suggestions for improvement on the management of existing financial records managed by the cooperative to improve from time to time.
9. We also provide training and consultancy services to enable cooperatives to be independent in preparing complete financial statements for easy audit and to shorten the audit period.
