Blueberry Muffin are easy steps to make a yummy muffin for the family. Dried blueberry is included in the packet.
INGREDIENTS:
- 570gm Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 4 eggs
- 180gm oil
- 120ml water
- 60gm dried blueberries
METHOD:
- Place blueberry muffin mix, eggs, oil and water into a bowl and mix until just combined.
- Add in dried blueberries and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cup until 3/4 full.
- Bake at preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
