This Bomboloni Donut Mix are Premium premix and high quality come out with delicious and soft donut.
How to make the Bomboloni Donut using our Premix Product.
Ingredients :
* 500gm Bomboloni Donut Mix Flour
* 3 eggs
* 100gm milk
* 80gm cold water
* 50gm butter
* 7gm instant yeast
Method :
1. Mix all ingredients using low speed for 3 minutes and medium speed for 5minutes.
2. Cover the dough with cloth or cling wrap and rest it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
3. Divide dough into 17 pieces ( about 50gm each ), roll in round shape, place and cover with cloth and rest for another 30 minutes.
4. Press the dough with palm of your hand, overturn the dough and rest on cloth for another 45 minutes, with dusting flour on both sides.
5. Heat the oil ( recommended temperature is 170C ), fry 2 minutes on each side.
