For those out their who's love and like to bake their own cake, this product really for them. Its easy to prepare and make in your kitchen together with your kid and family.
Moist and soft butter cake premix. Individual sugar packing allows you to adjust the sweetness of your cake, eg: Almond butter cake, Marble butter cake.
How to prepare and make the Butter Cake using our Butter Cake Mix.
Ingredients:
- 250gm butter
- 250g castor sugar (white/brown)
- 260g Butter Cake Mix Flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 100ml milk
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add egg at a time and cream until well combined
- Pour in vanilla essence and mix well
- Add in buttercake mix and alternate with milk until well combined
- Pour batter into 9" round mould
- Bake at 180°C 45 mins
