An easy and very simple to do cranberrt muffin using our premix, zesty cranberry made are moist and very fluffy texture will light up your day and family while having tea time togethar
Ingredeints:

4 Eggs (gred A or B)

100g oil

120ml water
-
70g Dried Cranberries (Inside pack)
METHOD
* Place cranberry mix, eggs, oil and water into mixing bowl and mix until everything well combine and had nice texture.
* Add the dried cranberries (provided in pack) and mix it well.
* using spoon or ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture into muffin cup until 3/4 full.
* Bake at 190C for 25 - 30 minute or until its golden brown.
