For those out there who's love and like to bake and made their own cake for any occasion or especially during festive session, this product really for them. Its easy to prepare and make in your kitchen together with your kid and family.
This Marble Cake Pre-Mix Flour very convenient, simple, easy to use and very straightforward. The cake will came out with tender, moist, soft and buttery
Ingredients:
- 250gm butter
- 260gm Marble Cake Mix
- 250gm custor sugar (either white or brown)
- 2 -3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 100ml milk (optional)
- 1pkt cocoa powder
Methods:
- Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffly
- Add egg one at a time and cream until well combined
- Pour in the vanilla essence and mix well
- Add in Marble Cake Mix and mix with milk until well combined.
- Pour 1/2 of better into a 9" round baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Add in cocoa powder in the remaining batter and milk gently. Pour it into the baking pan and use chopstick to create the marble effect
- Bake at 180 °C for 60 mins
