INGREDIENTS:
- 1pkt Mochi mix
- 60g Shortening
- 45g Dusting powder/Icing Sugar
- 350ml Cold water
Method:
- (Skin), mix all ingredients until well combined, cover the dough with wet cloth and leave aside for 20 minutes. Weight the dough 35gm each.
- (dough), flatten with your palm and roll it out into circle. Place one filling in the middle and wrap it up
- Dust it with Dusting powder and you're ready to decorate with gorgeous decoration.
