Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 80gm oil
- 20ml water
- 500g of Plain Muffin Mix
Method :
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until just combined.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cup until 3/4 full.
- Bake at 190C for 25 minutes.
