How To Prepare and mad your own pizza
INGREDIENTS :
* 1 pack pizza crust Mix
* 7gm instant yeast
* 330gm water
* 20gm olive oil
METHOD
1.Mix all the ingredients using medium speed for 10 minutes .
2.Divide into 5parts , 150gm each and rest for 60 minutes .
3.Roll the dough into round shape with 1.5mm thickness and 9" in diameter and rest for 75 minutes at 35C.
4.Baked in a preheated oven at 180C for 8 minutes .
5.Remove from oven , spread pizza sauce and add toppings .
6.Baked Again at 230C for 8 minutes and ready to serve.
