For those out there who's love and like to bake and made their own cake for any occasion, for someone special or especially during festive session, this product really for them. Its easy to prepare and make in your kitchen together with your kid and family.
Red Velvet Cake is traditionally a red-brown coloured chocolate cake, usually layered with cream cheese or icing.
Ingredients :
- 250gm Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 3 - 4 eggs
- 65ml water
- 65gm melted butter
Method :
- Beat Red Velvet Cake Mix, eggs and water at high speed for 5-6 minutes.
- Fold in melted butter slowly for 1/2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into a 9" round lined mould.
- Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes.
