For those out there that like and love to have scone during tea time in the evening, this sourdough scone mix are suitable for. With good quality ingredient and easy to make the scone that you love.
How to prepare and make the Sourdough Scone.
INGREDIENTS
*500gm Sourdough Scone Mix
*1 egg (size B)
*250gm Butter
*180gm UHT Full cream milk
OPTIONALS
*100gm dried fruits
*1nos egg (for egg wash)
METHOD
1.Preheat oven 200c
2.Cream butter until smooth and add in egg until well combined.
3.Add in sourdough scones mix and finally pour in milk to form a smooth dough.
4.Add in any dried fruits of your choice (optional).
5.Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until its about 2" thickness .Use a round cookie cutter, cut out the scones
6.Space the scones onto a baking sheet, brush the tops with egg wash.
7.Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
