INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack walnut chocolate chips cookies premix
- 250gm butter
- 2 eggs
METHOD:
- Unpack the premix and arrange the ingredients neatly.
- Chop the walnuts and put aside. (option)
- Whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in eggs and whisk until well combined.
- Add in Chocolate Chips Cookies premix and blend well.
- Lastly, add in chocolate chips and walnuts and mix well.
- Shape the dough into small balls on baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes
